Eastwick Park Medical Practice is a small friendly NHS medical practice in the village of Bookham near Leatherhead in Surrey. Our GPs and nurses deliver a very high standard of medical care to our practice population of 7600 patients.
The practice was originally founded by Dr Alan Easton before the inception of the NHS (1948) and initially was located in his home on Lower Road and subsequently Church Road before moving to its present location in 1988. Eastwick Park Medical Practice was formed in 1998 following the amalgamation of The Surgery (Bookham) and Fetcham Village Surgery following the retirement of the late Dr Keith Anderson. The premises were extended and extensively refurbished in 1999 providing full modern facilities including a minor operations room.
We believe that it is possible to give our patients high quality of care whilst still retaining a personal and considerate service which we feel is so important. In short, we aim to be the kind of practice where we would want our own families to go to.
We work very closely with our allied Community Nursing, Health Visiting and Specialist Teams to ensure your care is co-ordinated to the highest of standards. We welcome any comments or suggestions you may have.
This website tells you about the practice, how the surgery works, and how you can get the best from us.
